How to overcome Depression in simple Steps?



    Many unpleasant and depressive situations we fell in, we cry, scream,call for help, and mostly we take some STUPID decisions in these moments,too.Occasionally we escape all of our problems through a song in the radio or in the Songs-Player we use but we do not think how to turn this gloomy feeling to a way rightly useful,or to discover a new method to do to get over this depression by simple ideas and rules.
 
   You can go far by your own mind,what about dreaming when you are awaken.Is that useful? I think it is yes, when you dream through your black bleak mood you have more chances to change and have more amount of aggressive need to take an action and make a decision.Why do not turn this to a useful dream or a plan in a paper with a scratchy diagram by your pen.pick up a pen and write - with it any simple language, you do not should be a writer - what bothers you?,why you are in this mood?,how did you reach to this creepy mood?,how long you think it is going to last?,and how you are going to overcome it?
 
   Whatever was your answers or reasons,I consider you reached to some points which might be clear and effective, or might be more complicated than before. If the situation became worse,now you can turn over your mood into a useful matter like: Surfing on an interesting topics you never ever had known before,start "Googeling" about any information you want to know,use your "sameness" Computer or Laptop in a way will inspire you ,instead of the Chatting.Moreover,what about an interesting book?,start and search for an interesting book to get lost in with any topic or type you are interested in "Romance,Horror,Action,Drama,..etc".Stories and Novels always drive people busied and they became more eager to know what it will end about and of course they came out of it with a moral ,meaning, or at least they passed their negative time,and it is the same for movies,too.
 
   Relaxation is also extremely important,when you live a bad chapter of your life ,a freaking bad day,or condition.Why you do not try music? with a note* do not listen to the sad and aggressive songs which may make you way more depressed and want to kill yourself.Try to search for new albums,listen to joyful beats that takes your mood higher,try to figure the lyrics or to learn a lesson out of this song,or Try smoothly tracks like slow music.Relaxation also can be by a warm shower, when stand up under the faucet,and the warm water rains over you, you will feel much relaxed and changed.
 
   The pivotal point is that people will never stop be sad or depressed in order to life is not that facile and it contains plentiful problems to be faced,so, never ever turn your mood bad as a result of condition or someone, just move on and try the best for yourself,be effective,not emotional,be strong and face it with tiny simple steps. You can create them by your own way.I created mine,So,what about you?
